Return and Refund Policy

Policy Validity Period

Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Products that have been used or damaged.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

Required Proof

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the shipping agent.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases (if applicable):

  • Products with obvious signs of use.
  • Items with opened packaging.
  • Items not in their original condition (damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us).
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within six business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time to process the refund.
  3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time might be required.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at Consultant@jawaher9009.com and send the item to: 31 Tianshou Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

Gift Handling

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you after the returned item is received.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Return Shipping

  • For returns not related to product quality, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
